Northumbria Branch Training Days

The Northumbria branch holds "introduction to dry stone walling" taster days throughout the year with dates and venues dependent on the location of the trainees and availability of instructors. In 2006 the branch held 15 such training days introducing 50 people to dry stone walling.

If you are interested in coming on a dry stone walling training day then please write to or email the Training Co-ordinator, John Stevenson (contact details on the Contacts page), giving your address and telephone number and stating whether you prefer a weekday or a Saturday.

Please note that we already have several people on the waiting list, if however you are flexible on time and location you may be lucky as we can sometimes squeeze people in at short notice.

The branch also runs occasional 'ladies only' training days in locations where we have access to facilities.
